What this policy covers

This policy covers this website. It does not cover the work we do under a signed agreement with a client — that is governed by the contract and any data-processing terms agreed with it.

What we collect when you contact us

When you send the enquiry form, we receive exactly what you typed: your name, your email address, and — only if you chose to fill them in — your phone number, your company name and the service you are interested in, along with your message. We also record which page of the site you sent it from, so we know what you were reading when you decided to get in touch.

That is the whole list. There is no hidden field collecting anything else.

The form has two defences against automated spam: a field that is invisible to people and only bots fill in, and a check that the form was not submitted within a couple of seconds of loading. Neither of them stores anything about you, and neither runs any kind of profiling.

If you email us directly, or message us on LinkedIn or YouTube, we hold whatever you chose to send, in the place you sent it.

What we do with it

Your enquiry becomes a record in our own internal system, which notifies our team by email. We use it to reply to you, to understand what you need, and to prepare a proposal if that is where the conversation goes.

We do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an enquiry. If we ever start a newsletter, you will be asked separately and you will be able to leave it in one click.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it with data brokers, and we do not use it to train advertising profiles.

Analytics, and the choice you get

If analytics is switched on, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read. Nothing from Google loads until you say yes — not the tracking tag, not a placeholder for it. If you decline, or simply ignore the question, no Google code is ever downloaded by your browser.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we take that as a no. You are not asked, and nothing loads.

IP addresses passed to Google Analytics are anonymised.

Your answer is remembered in your own browser's local storage. It is not a cookie sent to our servers, and it never leaves your device. It applies to that browser on that device only.

You can change your mind whenever you like: the "Privacy choices" link at the bottom of any page reopens the question.

What this site deliberately does not do

The fonts are served from this site, so your browser never contacts Google Fonts.

The showreel does not load YouTube until you press play. The homepage does not even fetch YouTube's thumbnail, so YouTube has no way of knowing you were here unless you choose to watch.

There are no advertising pixels, no remarketing tags, no chat widget, no session recording, no heatmaps and no device fingerprinting on this site.

Who else can see your information

Our own team, so that someone can reply to you.

The companies whose infrastructure runs this site and the system behind it — our application hosting provider, our file storage provider and our email provider. They process information on our instructions in order to keep the service running, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Google, but only for the analytics described above, and only if you consented.

Anyone we are legally required to disclose to, if that ever arises.

Where your information is held

Our systems are hosted on cloud infrastructure that may store and process data outside India, including in the European Union and the United States. Where information moves across borders, we rely on our providers' standard contractual protections.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry while we are in conversation with you and for twenty-four months after our last contact, so that we can pick up a thread that goes quiet and comes back. After that it is deleted.

Analytics data is retained for fourteen months and then expires automatically.

If you become a client, the records relating to that work are kept for as long as the contract and our tax and accounting obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw consent at any time — for analytics through the "Privacy choices" link, and for anything else by emailing us.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf, and you may raise a grievance with us before approaching the Data Protection Board.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you these rights along with the right to receive a copy of what you gave us in a portable form, and the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.

Write to [email protected] and we will answer within thirty days. There is no charge for asking.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

Keeping it safe

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries travel to our system over an encrypted connection and are stored in a database that only our team can reach, through individual accounts. Access is limited to the people who need it to do their job.

No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so here rather than hope you notice.
