Terms & Conditions
Last updated 17 September 2026
Who these terms are from
pointzerolab.com is operated by PointZero Immersive Lab, a division of Astelor Group Pvt. Ltd. By using this site you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What this website is
This site describes what we do and shows examples of our work. It is information, not an offer. Nothing on these pages is a quotation, a commitment to take on a project, or a guarantee of a particular result.
Figures, timelines and outcomes shown in case studies and articles describe specific projects in specific conditions. Your project is not that project, and we will not pretend the numbers transfer.
We keep the site accurate and up to date as best we can, but we do not warrant that every page is complete or current at the moment you read it.
Using this site
You are welcome to read, share and link to anything here.
Please do not attempt to break into, overload or interfere with the site; do not scrape it systematically or use it to train a model without asking us first; do not use it to send anything unlawful, misleading or abusive; and do not misrepresent yourself when contacting us.
What you send us
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract between us, and receiving one does not oblige us to take the work.
Please do not send confidential information through the form. If you need to share something sensitive, tell us and we will agree a non-disclosure agreement first.
If you do send us an idea, a brief or feedback without a confidentiality agreement in place, we will treat it courteously and use it only to respond to you — but we cannot promise it is confidential, and we may already be working on something similar.
How we handle what you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Our work and who owns it
The text, images, film, animation, design, code and layout of this site belong to Astelor Group Pvt. Ltd. or are used under licence. You may not copy, republish or adapt them for your own commercial use without our written permission.
You may quote short extracts from our articles with clear attribution and a link back to the original page. That is encouraged.
Where a project appears in our portfolio, it is shown with the client's permission. The intellectual property in client work belongs to whoever the project contract says it belongs to.
Other people's names and marks
Client names, logos and product names belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify the work, not to imply endorsement of anything else we do. The same goes for the names of any hardware, platforms or software we mention.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, we do so because the destination seemed useful. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for what they contain, and a link is not an endorsement.
What we do not promise about the site
The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will always be available, free of errors, or free of anything harmful, and to the extent the law allows we exclude implied warranties.
Nothing on this site is professional advice. Do not make a business decision on the strength of a web page alone — talk to us, or to your own advisers.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or lost opportunity arising from your use of this site.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Liability for work we actually carry out for a client is governed by the contract for that work, not by this page.
Quotes, proposals and contracts
Any proposal we send is valid for the period stated in it. Work begins only under a signed agreement or statement of work, and that document — with its own terms on scope, fees, timelines, ownership and confidentiality — takes precedence over anything on this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
